What every story will document
Each entry is designed to separate observed facts from diagnosis and completed work, while protecting the customer’s exact address.
- Location
- Neighborhood or city only—never a street address.
- Problem
- The condition reported or observed before work began.
- Diagnosis
- What inspection or testing showed was actually happening.
- Work and timeframe
- The steps completed and the real elapsed time.
- Verified outcome
- What changed after service, without unsupported guarantees.
- Evidence and consent
- Original job photos and any customer quote used with permission.
