The Pool Police is a family-owned residential pool service based in Lakeway, Texas. Keith runs the routes himself, answers the phone himself, and is the person who shows up when something on your equipment pad is not right. Our customers stay for years because the service does not change when the season does.
We work only on residential pools in the Austin area and the Texas Hill Country: Lakeway, Steiner Ranch, Rough Hollow, Hudson Bend, Bee Cave, Cedar Park, West Austin, Four Points, River Place and Westlake Hills. That focus is deliberate — Lake Travis well water, Edwards Plateau limestone and cedar pollen season each change how a pool has to be managed, and we have spent 26+ years learning exactly how.
How we work
Every weekly visit includes surface skimming, brushing of walls and tile, vacuuming, chemical testing and adjustment, basket cleaning and an equipment check. Chemicals are included in the flat weekly rate, there are no contracts, and there are no hidden fees.
